I have always\u00a0been keen to focus on making a difference in the social environment we all live in. I have always been passionate about food, and cooking brings a spark in my eyes. I have spent a lot of time learning about food and experimenting with various recipes. I strongly believe that the food we eat has a great bearing on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. However, healthy food need not be insipid but striking the right balance between nutrition and taste takes patience and some innovation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>To enhance my knowledge, I have attended various courses and participated in numerous seminars. My quest for knowledge took me on the journey of learning various techniques for alternate healing and wellness such as Naturopathy, Yoga, Crystal healing, Acupressure, Color Therapy, Brain Gym, Reiki, etc. I have also earned a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga, learnt Ayurvedic Acupressure, acquired advanced Ayurveda training on Magnet and Color Therapy, Vastu and Reiki (methods of natural healing)<\/p><p>Connecting the lessons from these wonderful healing techniques and my passion for food has helped me create some truly unique and healthy recipes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>I wish all of you a healthy and happy life!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About I studied Masters in Sociology and then completed a Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial relations.
